Pajamas - As if comfortable underwear wasn’t enough, they also offer pajama pants, bralettes, t-shirts, and onesies in the same amazing fabrics. The material is so lightweight and wicking for those sleepless, sweaty nights. Why should we have to wear anything else?
Ease of ordering - The website is beautifully designed and ordering is very easy. Members get a secure account where you can control the style, size, and design of your monthly subscription or skip that month if you aren’t feeling it (which never happens).
Customer Service - And here’s the part I love. I’ve had no problems with ordering or shipping in the 3 years I’ve been a customer. However, I did have sizing issues when I first decided to try a different style. Turns out that I need a different size in the boyshorts than I do for the cheekies. And guess who replaced them for free even though it was my error? This company definitely cares about keeping their customers happy.
